Dear Customers,
some of your websites and emails were not accessible briefly earlier this morning as one of our data centre edge router took a surge hit and need to be restarted. It took a while for our engineers to get access to the router as it is behind very many levels of security. All it needed was a button pushed.
It's good thing is no one will steal it, but it is difficult to get to when needed. Now all network traffic is back to normal.
